DOMO Health was founded by Brandon Spellen, RN, BSN, a registered nurse with direct specialty infusion experience. Brandon founded DOMO Health specifically to build a home infusion nursing company with genuine clinical standards, one that treats patients the way an experienced infusion nurse would want their own family treated. DOMO Health is nurse-led and founder-operated.
