Yes. DOMO Health operates under a Home Care License issued by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) to HESLI Group LLC dba DOMO Health. Our license covers all 100 counties in North Carolina statewide.

DOMO Health was founded by Brandon Spellen, RN, BSN, a registered nurse with direct specialty infusion experience. Brandon founded DOMO Health specifically to build a home infusion nursing company with genuine clinical standards, one that treats patients the way an experienced infusion nurse would want their own family treated. DOMO Health is nurse-led and founder-operated.
